Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group in Plano, Texas is seeking a Cardiovascular Acute Care/Adult Nurse Practitioner to join a team of cardiologists dedicated to innovative cardiovascular care. This full-time role involves hospital rounding, ICU rounds, clinical management, and on-site nuclear, stress tests, and echocardiograms.

You will assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions and contribute to a multidimensional approach to cardiac and peripheral vascular therapies.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license required for practice.
• Acute Care/Adult Care board certification and experience preferred.
• Degree in NP studies from an approved program.
• 1–3 years of Cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hospital rounding and ICU rounding with clinical management of patients.
• Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions.
• Utilize Nuclear, Stress Tests, Echocardiogram on site.
• Deliver multidisciplinary, multidimensional cardiac and peripheral vascular therapies.

Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full time opening for a Cardiovascular Acute Care/Adult Care Nurse Practitioner to join a team of leading diagnostic and interventional and non-interventional Cardiologists in Plano, Texas. This is a great opportunity to work closely with board certified physicians who have a reputation for excellence in diagnosing and providing innovative treatments for cardiovascular diseases.

Position Details

• Full time, 40 hours per week with shared Saturday coverage 2 days per month
• Hospital rounding, ICU Rounding & clinical management of patients

• Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions

Requirements Needed To Apply

• Active Texas license
