Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group is seeking a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Kaufman, Texas. You will work closely with board-certified physicians to evaluate and manage cardiovascular patients in both hospital and clinic settings.

The role requires an active Texas license, Acute Care NP certification, and 1–3 years of cardiology experience. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including CME, malpractice coverage, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Texas license active.
• Acute Care NP Board Certification.
• Degree from NP program.
• 1–3 years cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hospital rounding including ICU and clinical management of patients.
• Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions.
• Nuclear, Stress Tests, Echocardiogram all on site.
• Take pride in a multidimensional approach to cardiac and peripheral vascular therapies.

Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full time opening for a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join a team of leading diagnostic and interventional and non-interventional Cardiologists in Kaufman, Texas. This is a great opportunity to work closely with board certified physicians who have a reputation for excellence in diagnosing and providing innovative treatments for cardiovascular diseases.

Position Details:

• Full time- 40 hours per week.

• May require occasional weekend assistance when supervising physician is on call.

• Assist with hospital rounding including ICU and clinical management of patients.
