Job summary

Madison Telecommunications is seeking an Experienced Broadband Installation Technician to install, troubleshoot, and restore broadband services in customers' homes and businesses. You will configure Wi-Fi networks and customer equipment, diagnose issues, and deliver reliable solutions while working independently.

• Minimum qualifications include: 21+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clear MVR

Our Hiring Standards

Because our technicians work independently inside customers' homes and businesses and operate company vehicles, all applicants must meet our customer, insurance, and company hiring requirements.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Be at least 21 years of age (required by our commercial vehicle insurance carrier).
• Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Successfully meet our background screening requirements:
  • No felony convictions.
  • No pending criminal charges.
  • Misdemeanor convictions are reviewed on an individual basis.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. Madison Telecommunications is a Drug-Free Workplace.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
