Madison Telecommunications is seeking a Broadband Installation Technician to start a skilled trade with paid training and a company vehicle. No telecommunications experience is required; we provide hands-on training and long-term opportunities.

You will drive to customer sites, install and troubleshoot services, configure Wi‑Fi, and document work in real time. The role emphasizes physical work, safety, and customer service, with clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• In-person field position required
• Live within commuting distance of hiring location
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
• Ability to climb ladders up to 28 feet and lift up to 100 pounds
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Background screening satisfactory with no felonies
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Live within commuting distance of the hiring location.
• Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Can climb ladders up to 28 feet, lift up to 100 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Can pass a pre‑employment drug screen (Drug‑Free Workplace).
• Can pass our background screening: no felony convictions, no pending criminal charges, misdemeanors reviewed individually.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
