Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a distribution or inventory-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and solid AP/AR knowledge.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong Excel skills and data entry/reporting.
• Customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts.
• Process invoices, payments, and collections accurately and timely.
• Handle the collections process.
• Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
