Barton Staffing Solutions in Aurora, IL seeks an experienced Industrial Staffing Agency Recruiter who is bilingual in English and Spanish. You will recruit for temp and temp-to-hire roles, build relationships with client companies, and ensure eligibility and compliance for placements.

This full-time office role requires the ability to prioritize, manage multiple openings, and work with a collaborative team in a family-owned, growing business with 28 years in operation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a recruiter in an Industrial Staffing Agency office.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Office-based role, NOT remote or hybrid.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Experience using social media, job boards and referrals to attract candidates.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, assign and terminate temporary and temp-to-hire workers for light industrial positions.
• Build relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, and referrals and screen for eligibility.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule and finalize placements.

• Do you know how to use social media and job boards to find and engage with candidates who will pass E-Verify, pre-employment drug screening and meet client background requirements?
• Have you recruited, hired, assigned and terminated temporary and temp to hire workers for light industrial positions?
• Are you fluent in both English and Spanish?

What we need-

An experienced, bilingual Spanish/English Industrial Staffing Agency Recruiter with a solid understanding of how temp and temp to hire staffing works for our staffing office located in Aurora, IL.

You already have experience with building relationships with client companies to understand their needs.

You have used various methods including social media, job boards, referral programs and more for attracting candidates who are seeking employment, who have employment eligibility to work in the US with the skills and experience to safely perform job duties at client locations.

You know how easy it is to fall behind if you don't have the ability to prioritize, a sense of urgency and solid follow-up skills.

You have experienced first-hand the need for willingness to work collaboratively and support each other as a cohesive team to accomplish goals that result in customer satisfaction that exceeds all expectations.

We offer base compensation in the range of $52,000 to $57,500 plus generous bonuses two times per year based on productivity and profits. (Up to 20% of base salary)
