Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy seeks a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under a BCBA-supervised plan.

You will collect progress data, maintain engaging sessions, and communicate with families and supervisors to support client development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
