Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bartender for Doc Crows in Indianapolis, IN. You will deliver friendly service, craft drinks, and maintain a welcoming bar area for guests.

You’ll join a team committed to hospitality and employee development, with perks like Daily Pay, health and life insurance options, 401k, PTO, and more. Previous hotel/restaurant serving experience is preferred and certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure meals are properly prepared.
• Provide the bartender with drink orders.
• Garnish drinks.
• Assist with bussing tables.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Provides the bar tender with drink orders
• Garnishes drinks
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Education and experience

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Food safety certification preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred
