Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bartender for Doc Crows in Indianapolis. The role involves taking orders, serving drinks, garnishing beverages, and supporting the dining team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a hotel/restaurant setting, high school completion, and knowledge of safe alcohol service. We offer daily pay, multiple health and life insurance options, 401k, PTO, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Seat and take accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered correctly and well presented.
• Provide the bartender with drink orders and assist with garnishing drinks.
• Assist with bussing tables and keeping the bar area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Provides the bar tender with drink orders
• Garnishes drinks
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Food safety certification preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred
