Job summary

Water Grill in Denver, CO is seeking seasoned bartenders who bring a passion for craft cocktails and guest service. You will join a team that values knowledge, hospitality, and collaboration at the bar.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• 5 years' bartender experience in a high-volume setting.
• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• CA Food Handler's Card.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Knowledge of bartender steps of service and KSC standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned.
• Take guests' orders and upsell beverages.
• Input orders into POS; document when system is down.
• Make and serve alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of station.
• Open wine bottles; serve wine by the glass.
• Present checks and process payments per policies.
• Complete closing duties and reports.
