Job summary

Water Grill Bellevue is hiring seasoned bartenders to join our team. We offer part-time and full-time roles, with pay at $17.13 per hour plus tips. The position emphasizes craft cocktails, exceptional guest service, and teamwork in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Expect growth opportunities, flexible hours, and a supportive culinary family. You must be 21+, with 5 years’ experience in a craft cocktail program, and possess a Food Handler's Card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 5 years' experience as a restaurant bartender in a similar volume with a craft cocktail program.
• High school graduate; some college.
• Current Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and coworkers.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of bartender steps of service and KSC standards.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders and input into the POS system.
• Make and serve alcoholic beverages at the bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Open wine bottles and serve wine by the glass.
• Present checks and process payments.
• Complete opening and closing duties and duties as assigned.
