MIRANDA LOVARDO LLC in Ranson, WV is seeking a friendly, outgoing barista to join our European-inspired café and gourmet market. You'll greet guests, prepare espresso-based drinks and gelato, serve food to-go, and keep the shop welcoming and clean.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take food, beverage, and gelato orders.
• Explain menu items and answer customer questions.
• Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks, coffee, and other beverages.
• Serve gelato and prepare gelato orders.
• Prepare and package food orders for dine-in and to-go.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions when needed.
• Bus tables and keep customer areas clean and welcoming.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, tables, and other areas as needed.
• Restock supplies and help maintain an organized shop.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work together with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Be willing to jump in and help with whatever task is needed to support the team and our guests
