Job summary

MIRANDA LOVARDO LLC is seeking a friendly Barista / Café Team Member to join our shop. You will interact with customers, prepare coffee and gelato, and keep the shop clean and organized while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

If you're energetic, dependable, and enjoy working with a great team, we'd love to meet you. You’ll help with a variety of tasks, from crafting lattes to restocking and supporting teammates in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous barista experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food, beverage, and gelato orders
• Explain menu items and answer customer questions
• Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks, coffee, and other beverages
• Serve gelato and prepare gelato orders
• Prepare and package food orders for dine-in and to-go
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and credit card transactions when needed
• Bus tables and keep customer areas clean and welcoming
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, tables, and other areas as needed
• Restock supplies and help maintain an organized shop
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work together with the team to keep operations running smoothly
• Be willing to jump in and help with whatever task is needed to support the team and our guests

Job Summary
