Job summary

Minus 320 Coffee & Creamery in Midtown Detroit is seeking a Barista to craft espresso beverages, greet guests, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly cafe. • Familiarity with espresso machines and beverage preparation.

• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and offering personalized menu recommendations.
