Qualifications

• Paralegal with 5+ years in business bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
• Chapter 11 experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with federal/state court procedure and Bankruptcy Code.
• Accurate, deadline-driven, able to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support business bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 cases, by preparing and filing motions, notices, and claims-related documents.
• Assist with adversary proceedings from pleadings through hearing prep.
• Support commercial litigation matters involving lenders, collections, and business disputes.
• Prepare, review, and file court documents through PACER/ECF.
• Calendar and track deadlines, hearings, and court requirements.
• Organize case files, exhibits, discovery, and materials for hearings/mediations.
• Communicate with clients, trustees, creditors, and opposing counsel as directed.
