Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader in the United States to support senior leadership in daily restaurant operations and team development. The role focuses on completing tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly and coaching team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

The Team Leader will drive metrics for customer service, speed, accuracy, quality, safety, and profitability, while modeling a collaborative, respectful culture.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Learn, follow and coach the Chick-fil-A Pathway requirements
• Consistently and deliberately develop our team
• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Drive the team to meet metrics for customer service, speed, accuracy, quality, safety and profitability
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Learn and master AHA (automated holding assistant) to ensure high quality product
• Monitor closely and drive the team on best practices for food cost and labor productivity
• Ensure Food Safety is paramount
• Keep all Kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized during every shift
• Encourage hustle and ensure that every team member is actively participating in making every shift run efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
