Position Details

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN at Friendship Ford of Bristol. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of technician experience. Manufacturer or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive vehicles to test components and systems
• Provide accurate estimates for service times
• Use tools and service equipment properly to diagnose and repair vehicles
• Perform repairs efficiently according to Repair Orders
• Execute repairs to manufacturer standards and customer expectations
• Communicate issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers
• Follow dealership safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of automotive mechanics
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service specifications
• Independent starter with team collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Benefits

• $20 - $45 per hour depending on experience and certifications
• Up to $5000 sign-on bonus based on experience and certifications
