• Ability to Operate Electronic Diagnostic Equipment
• A Willingness to Communicate with Customers In-Person and Virtually

Responsibilities

• Performs repair orders per dealership and manufacturer standards
• Tests components and systems with diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Diagnoses and repairs engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, and more
• Communicates needs to customers via service advisor
• Provides time estimates for additional repairs

Responsibilities

• Performs Work Specified on the Repair Order with Efficiency and in Accordance with Dealership and Manufacturer Standards
• Tests Components and Systems Using Diagnostic Tools and Special Service Equipment
• Diagnoses, Maintains, and Repairs all Vehicle Systems Including Engine, Transmission, Electrical Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Climate, Computer, and Electronics
• Communicates Directly with the Service Advisor to Properly Convey Needs to Customers
• Provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
