This is not your run‑of‑the‑mill experienced flat‑rate technician want ad.

We have a busy shop that stays booked year‑round and we stand behind that promise with top pay for top performers, as well as a safety net in the unlikely event of lack of work. PTO plus 7 paid holidays including the day after Thanksgiving. Dental and vision insurances and a HealthShare are furnished at no cost to you. Additionally we contribute $100 per month to your Health Savings Account as well as paying half of your traditional medical insurance plan. You have nothing to lose by having a look at this high‑compensation position for a high‑level tech. Our shop has built out its 15‑year book of business. We rarely have slow days and seek individuals who want to stay busy! Here are some real numbers: We service on average 325 per month with four techs. We bill out on average 830 hours every month. Their average repair order was 2.7 hours. Our techs turn 40 - 90 hours per week. Our advisors close 50% of all the tech recommendations they were brought. Our average tech quote is $1,400 with an average repair order of $700. All work is customer‑pay. No warranty company or insurance work that reduces labor hours is done here. We have our own in‑house guarantee on our work, and it does not reduce labor time paid.
