New Country is seeking qualified automotive technicians to join our dealership service department, handling warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on luxury and high-performance vehicles.

We offer a progressive pay scale based on production, paid training, paid vacation, personal days, excellent health insurance plan and signing/relocation bonuses for Manufacturer Certified Technicians with proven track records of over-achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair service.
• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals.
• Outstanding communication skills and professional work ethic.
