Qualifications

• The candidate must have experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• In-dealership work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and ethics.
• Complete all jobs correctly, cleanly, honestly, and on time for every service visit.
