We don’t overload our techs with oil changes and tires…. Sure we do them but it is not the core of our identity. WE FIX CARS. And by focusing on service work (a lot of brakes and suspension) we are categorically able to pay more…. More guaranteed on your weekly check and more aggressively on the production bonuses.
