Job summary

Experienced Automotive Service Technicians are sought to diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles in Raleigh. The role emphasizes maintaining positive client relationships and upholding integrity in all service interactions.

Responsibilities include examining vehicles, communicating with service staff, planning procedures, and keeping detailed documentation. You will stay current with factory bulletins, attend trainings, mentor trainees, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with various brands preferred.

You’ll also be responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles while maintaining a positive relationship with clients who return with unsatisfactory work.
