Job summary

Easycare Burlington, NC is seeking skilled automotive technicians to diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

You will work with a team of experienced technicians, participate in factory training, and stay current with technical bulletins. Compensation is based on experience and we offer excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with various car brands preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose vehicles.
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor.
• Communicate additional service requests to service advisor.
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
• Monitor repair time and update service advisor regularly.
• Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Complete documentation for client repairs.
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees.
• Attend company and factory training.
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (hazardous waste disposal).
