Job summary

Tri-County Ford seeks an Experienced Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for an A or B-level technician looking for a stable, well-equipped shop with a strong customer base and steady workflow.

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• Ford Certification is required or preferred.
• Dexterity and mechanical troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
