Paul Thigpen Automotive Group in Lafayette, GA is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician (A & B level) to join our growing service department. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards while delivering top-quality customer service.

We offer top pay ($35–$45 per flat-rate hour) and potential earnings of $100,000+ per year, plus paid training, growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment at one

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive experience.
• Ford experience preferred.
• A or B level technician certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning systems
• Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs, parts, and timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure all work meets the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
