Job summary

You will work with a team of skilled technicians, using Ford standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure quality repairs and timely service for our customers.

Qualifications

• A or B Level Technician with 5+ years of professional automotive experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed flat-rate performance standards
• Ford experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning systems
• Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
