Paul Thigpen Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. We offer top pay, great benefits, and a professional environment where you can thrive.

We’re looking for A & B level technicians with 5+ years of experience, Ford experience preferred and ASE certifications preferred. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service at our Vidalia, GA dealership.

Qualifications

• Qualified A or B level technician with 5+ years of automotive experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed flat-rate performance standards.
• Ford experience preferred and ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, and A/C.
• Perform high-quality repairs in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair needs, parts, and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure work meets high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive tech.
