Job summary

International Kia is seeking a dedicated service advisor to join a busy shop and supportive team in Illinois. We offer 40-hour weeks, flexible scheduling, and training to perfect your craft while improving life for you and your family.

We promote from within, emphasize customer experience, and provide benefits including paid training, vacation, medical, 401k, and Sundays closed. Prior dealership experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and customers.
• Own the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments.
• Maintain benchmark or better KPI's such as CSI.
• Provide valuable information to customers regarding their vehicle and how it relates to them.
• Put the customer first.
• Prioritize required services.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

• Maintainbenchmark or better KPI's such as CSI
• Provide valuable information to the customers regarding their vehicle and how it relates to them

• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
