Germain Jaguar Land Rover Easton in Columbus, OH is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, coordinating with technicians and service staff to ensure top‑quality, timely repairs and high customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, relay repair recommendations, schedule work, and explain costs while maintaining detailed service records and promoting warranty work.

Formación

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and automotive service software.
• Positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
