Job Summary:
Town Center Nissan is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only role that requires a strong sales background in the automotive industry. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients. This position is located in Kennesaw, Georgia and offers a competitive compensation package.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay offers an hourly rate plus a bonus, pay increases with experience and production
• Compensation: $75,000 to $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain a network of prospective clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking events.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers to ensure repeat business.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory, models, features, and benefits to potential buyers.
• Conduct test drives and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
