Team Automotive Group in Salisbury, NC is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals who are driven, customer-focused, and ready to maximize their earning potential.

We offer a strong inventory, excellent management support, competitive pay, and the tools you need to build lasting customer relationships and achieve exceptional results. Expect a commission-based pay structure with a $75,000–$150,000+ per year potential and NO SUNDAYS.

Competenze

• Previous automotive sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, self-motivated attitude.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Mansioni

• Build relationships with customers to deliver an exceptional vehicle buying experience from start to finish.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, financing options, and delivery.
• Follow up with leads, previous customers, and referrals to generate repeat and referral business.
