Job summary

Pat Milliken Ford is seeking an experienced automotive sales professional to make an immediate impact in our New Vehicle Sales department. This on-site role offers weekends off and a competitive compensation package featuring 30% commission plus bonuses, within a family-oriented, growth-focused dealership environment.

You will greet customers, respond to leads, demonstrate features, present options, and guide buyers through the full sales process from needs analysis to delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Proven sales track record.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Quality customer service skills and sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, in-person and over the phone.
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
• Persistent, competitive and good work ethic.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background, drug).

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
• Take incoming sales calls and respond to incoming internet leads
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features in the showroom and on the lot
• Conduct a needs analysis and provide customer with vehicle options
• Share purchase and lease options and complete price quotes
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Complete paperwork with customer and provide vehicle walk around at delivery
• Follow up with customer after the sale
