Team Automotive in Goldsboro, NC is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers from selection to delivery. You’ll use current inventory knowledge, demonstrations, financing options, and incentives to create a seamless buying experience.

This role offers a competitive uncapped commission, strong management support, and ongoing training. You must have a valid driver’s license, a professional appearance, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional vehicle buying experience from start to finish.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, financing options, and delivery.
• Follow up with leads, previous customers, and referrals to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain product knowledge on current inventory, technology, and manufacturer incentives.
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
