Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team in Woodstock, IL. You will guide customers through the purchase process, build relationships, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required.
• Proven success selling new and/or pre-owned vehicles in a dealership environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience using dealership CRM tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits.

• Utilize dealership CRM systems to manage customer communications and sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, manufacturer incentives, and automotive industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales management, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
