Job summary

Carvana is seeking an experienced Autobody Prepper to join our Sanford, FL team. Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork is required.

You’ll perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and Bondo repair, in a fast-paced production setting. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to perform bodywork on multiple panels in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding and Bondo repair.
• Execute heavy area, skim and finish work to prep vehicles for reconditioning.
• Follow standard procedures to ensure vehicle condition meets Carvana quality standards.
• Work in a production setting with attention to detail and safety.
