Job summary

Carvana is seeking Autobody Preppers in Ohio with at least 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join our high-tech Inspection Centers. You’ll perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area repairs; we offer training for entry-level shifts as well.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license (MVR check may apply).
• Fast-paced production environment; exposure to heat/cold.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels and prepare vehicles for reconditioning.
• Use heavy plastic welding, Bondo repair, and related techniques on vehicles.
• Repair roof and rocker panels and handle associated bodywork tasks.
• Support with varying prep roles across different experience levels as needed.
