Job summary

Carvana is seeking Autobody Preppers with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join us in our fast-growing network of reconditioning centers.

You’ll perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and Bondo repairs, across our high-tech Inspection Centers, with competitive pay and perks such as a 401(k) match and a vehicle purchase discount. Entry-level pathways with training are available to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Able to perform bodywork on multiple panels.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels.
• Complete heavy plastic welding as needed.
• Repair roof and rocker panels.
• Handle large area heavy bodywork including Bondo repair.
