Job summary

CarolinasCollision Centerof Greensboro in Greensboro, NC is seeking a seasoned Automotive Body Shop Estimator to join our collision repair team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on estimating experience and a keen eye for detail.

You will assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate with customers, technicians, and insurance providers to ensure a smooth repair process.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on estimating experience preferred.
• Ability to explain technical details to customers clearly.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and parts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and assess damage to determine repairs.
• Explain repair estimates to customers clearly.
• Collaborate with adjusters to discuss estimates and costs.
• Coordinate with the repair team to convey scope of work.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and communications.
