Smile Source Atlanta East is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Associate Dentist to help grow and lead our established practice. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with patients and team members, and can independently lead patient care with sound clinical judgment and minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Georgia Dental License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical dental experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and case presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
• Develop and present treatment plans with confidence and professionalism.
• Provide high-quality general and restorative dental care.
• Utilize digital radiographs and modern dental technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with team to support a positive patient experience.
• Help support continued growth and success of the practice.

Education
