Responsibilities include laying asphalt, raking, rolling, and operating paving equipment. You will work outdoors in varying weather, travel to sites, and uphold safety and high standards with a dependable crew.

Qualifications

• Previous asphalt paving experience required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, and weekends
• Reliability and safety-focused mindset

Requirements

• Previous asphalt paving experience required
• Experience with commercial, municipal, or highway paving preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, shoveling, and raking
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience with one or more of the following: pavers, rollers, skid steers, screed operation, or asphalt hand tools such as lute and rake work
• Reliable transportation to get to job sites
• Availability for early morning starts, overtime during paving season, and weekend work
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
