Job summary

Cummings Electrical in Arlington, TX is hiring Experienced Apprentice Electricians for our Integrated Manufacturing facility. You will work hands-on on complex electrical systems in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates have the TDLR Apprentice license and 3+ years of commercial/industrial apprentice experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active TDLR Apprentice License required.
• Minimum 3 years Apprentice Electrician commercial/industrial experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Skilled in a construction/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Read in-depth blueprints (mechanical, layout/on-line drawings).
• Determine size of pull box or J-box based on wires inside or passing through.
• Size wire based on amperage and voltage drop.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems (equipment, devices, conduit wires).
• Bend and install 3” or greater conduit.
• Terminate inside of Transformers, Switchgears, Generators and UP’s, Lighting control panel and Control Panels.

Cummings Electrical is hiring Experienced Apprentice Electricians for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e‑houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. As part of our team, you will work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
