InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent in Irvine, CA. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help residents choose homes that fit their needs.

Responsibilities include collecting rent and move-in fees, explaining lease terms, coordinating credit checks, and maintaining positive resident relations to support retention. Previous leasing or hospitality experience is a plus; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in leasing or property management
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Hospitality background acceptable

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and identify housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and background/credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and other move-in fees.
• Communicate lease terms and community policies to new and existing residents.
• Follow up with prospects who haven’t leased.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding touches.
• Implement marketing to attract new residents.
• Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to all calls, emails, and inquiries
