InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent in Anaheim, CA. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and assist with leasing paperwork while ensuring a superior resident experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring leasing or property management, strong customer service and sales skills, plus proficiency with MS Word/Outlook/Excel and familiarity with leasing software like Yardi, Entrata, or MRI. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

Backgrounds in leasing, property management, customer service, sales or hospitality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel; social media exposure.
Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, Entrata, MRI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, and identifying housing needs.
Assisting with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and background/credit checks.
Collecting rent, security deposits, and other move-in fees.
Communicating lease terms and community policies to new and existing residents.
Following up with prospects who haven’t leased.
Ensuring apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches.
Implementing creative marketing techniques to attract new residents.
Managing lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
Responding promptly to all calls, emails, and inquiries.
