Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking Experienced Apartment Leasing Agents for communities around Dallas. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications and leases, and coordinate background/credit checks to move residents in efficiently.

Ideal candidates have leasing or property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds with strong communication skills. Weekend availability, basic computer skills, and familiarity with leasing software are a plus; paid

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with leasing software is a plus (Yardi, Entrata, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and identify housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and background/credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and move-in fees.
• Communicate lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with prospects who have not leased.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and add finishing touches as needed.
• Implement marketing techniques to attract new residents.
• Manage lease renewals and retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
