• Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office; social media exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, identify housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork: applications, leases, background/credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and move-in fees.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with prospects who have not leased.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and add final touches as needed.
• Support marketing efforts to attract new residents.
• Handle lease renewals and resident retention activities.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
