InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent in Supply, NC to welcome prospective residents, tour communities, and guide applicants through leasing paperwork. The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and coordination with property management to ensure smooth move-ins and ongoing resident satisfaction.

The position requires weekend availability, basic computer skills, and familiarity with leasing software options.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge including Word, Outlook and Excel; exposure to social media.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and identify housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork including applications, leases, and background/credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and move-in fees.
• Communicate lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with prospects who have not leased.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and add finishing touches as needed.
• Implement creative marketing techniques to attract new residents.
• Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
