Job summary

Pinch is seeking an Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) in Maryland to join our concierge aesthetics network on a 1099, part-time basis. You’ll deliver neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences directly to clients’ homes with autonomy and strong clinical standards.

Ideal candidates have an active Maryland APRN license, aesthetics experience, and the ability to manage a portion of the appointment book while upholding Pinch protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland APRN license.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) with comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including: Neurotoxin injections (tox), Microneedling, Chemical peels, Skincare + at-home facial experiences.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly.
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Maryland APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
