Pinch Med Spa in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) for a Concierge Aesthetics role on a 1099, part-time basis. You will deliver safe, high-quality care to clients in a concierge setting, with autonomy and support under Pinch protocols.

Responsibilities include neurotoxin injections, microneedling, peels, skincare experiences, and building your client base via Pinch marketing and personal networking. Onboarding and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania APRN license and injectables experience are required.
• Prior aesthetics clinical experience in med spa, derm, or concierge settings.
• Strong patient communication and commitment to safety.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:

  • Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Pennsylvania State APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
