Job summary

Pinch is redefining concierge aesthetics by bringing treatments to clients' homes in Arizona. As an Experienced Aesthetic APRN Injector, you will perform neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare treatments on a part-time contract basis with above-market compensation and strong clinical standards.

You’ll maintain autonomy while following Pinch protocols, collaborating with a provider network, and growing your client book using Pinch technology and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona APRN license with full practice authority preferred.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care (tox, microneedling, peels, skincare).
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.
